SELF confidence

STAND TALL. Project confidence as much as you can, despite the negative feelings inside you. You ARE a good person, you have character and integrity and you appreciate the person you are so show the world!

ELEVATE YOUR MINDSET. From my own personal experience of my own personal view about myself, it has always been easy to be self-deprecating and negative. Turn a mirror on that notion and take pride in what you have achieved in life (higher education, a family, successful business etc). It is not bad to be proud of yourself.

LOVE. It is not narcissistic to appreciate yourself for the personal qualities you have and to go so far as to love who you ARE as a person.

FULFILLMENT. When you TRULY begin to appreciate yourself for the way you treat people, the respect and integrity with which you treat them and the way you live your life then you can and will feel you being the whole you and not being afraid of showing your WHOLE self to the world.
